Students' Union Helpdesk

The SU Helpdesk is often the first port of call when visiting the Union. It acts as a singpost and deals with all major enquires you may have about the Union. We are here to help you meet your needs and give you a memorable experience as much as possible. You can access the following services from the Helpdesk:

  • General enquiries and directions around the campus
  • Buying and Collecting NUS Extra Cards
  • Providing Information and Issuing  TFL 18+ Student Oyster  photocard form.
  • Buying tickets for LSE Public lecture and concert events
  • Booking appointments for Student Advice and Support Centre
  • Booking out spaces on Houghton Street, Parish Hall (Sports and Societies only)
  • Sending and receiving faxes
  • We accept all kinds of stuff for Re-love store- such as unwanted stationary, clothing and shoes in fairly good condition, printers etc. infact we collect anything you no longer need.

Where can I find the Student Union Helpdesk?

We are  situated on the ground Floor of East Building, Houghton Street, London WC2A 2AE

 Opening Hours:

Term Time - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9.30am to 5pm

Holiday Time - Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm
