AU Sports
The Athletics Union is the life and soul of the Students’ Union and is the largest (2,000+ members) society in a small University. The AU’s central aim is to provide sport for all no matter your ability and despite LSE’s central location, the Union provides a range of easily accessible facilities. From karate to kitesurfing, capoeira to cricket, the choices are endless for beginners and budding national champions alike. Clubs cost between £5 and £25 to join for students for the academic year, with some also charging a class fee. Sign up online, at the Freshers’ Fayre or in the Activities Resource Centre (ARC) above the Quad.
Sports teams play regular competitive matches in the BUCS leagues. Please read and sign the AU Pledge.
