Awards and Recognition

There are a range of awards offered by the Students' Union for Societies and Students that excel in various fields. Have a look at the different awards below -and think about entering!

STARS (Student Training and awards recognition scheme)
STARS is a scheme aimed at rewarding and supporting clubs and societies in the fantastic work they do. It highlights the opportunities that the SU can provide for them as well as providing a system of
recognition.

Colours awards recognise outstanding contribution, performance and commitment to sport at LSE. There are different categories where club captains/members are invited to nominate anyone who they feel is deserving of an award whether it be half colours or Sportsman/woman of the year!

The Bernard Levin Award celebrates a distinguished graduate of the London School of Economics, Bernard Levin, one of the greatest and most admired journalists the School has produced. Prizes for the award this year include an internship with the BBC World Service and £500 spending money.

The award categories include Honorary Studentships, Individual Contribution awards and a whole range of Society awards. The Awards evening for these and the Media Group awards will take place on Monday 9th May. Nominations must be submitted by Monday April 25th.
