  • Alternatives

  • Critical Time Paths

Project Implementation

  • Troubleshooting techniques
  • Publicity
  • Delegation 

Project Evaluation

  • Reporting on wins
  • Awards
  • Recommendations

The session will be delivered by Alex Louch from LSESU, and project managers for Annual Fund Projects will be expected to attend.
