Managing Conflict
The Managing Conflict workshop will be hosted by Shaun Harris, Assistant Director at LSE Careers. This session is for anyone who may feel they could benefit from developing their communication skills and strategies for managing conflict.
At the end of the session, you will learn to:
- Define conflict
- Realise the usefulness of some conflicts and spot signs of interpersonal conflict
- Recognise the difference between chairing a meeting and facilitating a meeting
- Techniques to resolve conflict
