The Student Training Awards and Recognition Scheme (STARS) is an accreditation scheme designed to recognise well-run, inclusive and fun student groups. There are three standards of awards: Bronze, Silver and Gold, and there are multiple winners for each category.
The Students' Union (SU) Awards reward and recognise the best student groups, campaigns and individuals who have contributed to the Students' Union over the past year or their time here.
The STARS and SU Awards will be held on Friday 1st May in the Saw Swee Hock Student Centre in the LSESU Venue and we'll be celebrating the very best of LSE in a Carnival theme Celebration Event.
Doors will open at 6.30pm. There will be seating available at the event, however, it will be available on a first-come first-served basis, so if you are a nominee or want to help celebrate your friends achievements make sure you turn up nice and early. Please contact d.bradshaw@lse.ac.uk if you have any specific access requirements so that we can cater to your needs.
Tickets cost £5. This covers entry into the event, one drink (alcoholic/non-alcoholic), and some light bites.
Dress Code is smart (with a Carnival flourish!)
We will also be having an after party where everyone can dance the celebratory night away until 1am!
