Regular Monday sessions to calm your mind and relax your body. An incredible way to reduce stress.

Join our experienced advisor, Ali, for a workshop that'll show you how to reduce the physical effects of stress and safeguard against mental fatigue. This will be especially useful for those anticipating high workloads over the coming year, or who work on many projects at once. 

All ages, levels of study and levels of experience welcome.

Please wear comfy clothes as some movement will be required.
