We'll have a quick run through of the basics of the games (rules and basic techniques). After this we'll do some drills to get everyone introduced to handling the ball, passing etc. Once everyone has a feel of how the sport is played we'll start playing some 3-a-side games. All equipment (sticks/balls/goalposts) will be provided.
