University Challenge Live LSE Finals - 'Meet the Hopefuls'

Final tryout round of the LSE University Challenge team selection.

'Meet the Hopefuls' - University Challenge Live LSE Finals

The top-scoring candidates from the University Challenge tryout rounds will compete against each other, from amongst whom the final team will be chosen. Criteria for the judges’ choices is private, but will centre around accuracy, speed and proportion of correct answers.

Timed tryout drop-ins

Initial tryout sessions will be conducted through paper tests, with timed answers. These sessions will happen throughout Weeks 4 and 5 in the The Bao Yang Meeting Room, Sixth Floor Saw Swee Hock Student Centre.

Tuesday 20th October - 3pm-5pm
Wednesday 21st October - 9.30am-11am and 12 noon-1.30pm
Thursday 22nd October - 12 noon-1.30pm
Friday 23rd October - 9.30am-12 noon and 2pm-5pm
Monday 26th October - 9.30am-5pm
Tuesday 27th October - 12.30pm-2pm
Wednesday 28th October - 9.30am-11am
Friday 30th October - 9.30am-12 noon

University Challenge Pub Quiz

We’re also holding a University Challenge Pub Quiz! The winning team from this event will automatically go through to the LSE final. Entry is free, teams of four.
