If so, come along to a Beyond the Classroom Skills Session on "Managing a Club or Society" on Thursday 12th November, where you will learn the skills you need to motivate and manage your committee effectively.
This interactive session will be delivered by Peter Storr, a management development specialist with over 30 years of organisational experience.
The session will focus on the following areas:
- The characteristics of a good manager or leader
- How to delegate effectively
- Theories of motivation
- How to engage with stakeholders in a professional manner
