Anupma Sud is a postgraduate at LSE and trained in the Vinayasa and Sivananda traditions. She taught in the San Francisco Bay Area for 3 years before she moved to London to attend LSE. As a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years, she believes in its transformative powers and is thrilled and honored to share it with you.
She offers a practice infused with movement, breath and meditation with an emphasis on safe alignment and mindfulness. Her classes are for yoga 'newbies' and all levels of current practitioners and support each person to listen compassionately to their own body's wisdom."
