WOMEN IN SPORT WEEK: Healthy Eating Seminar

If you are struggling to lose weight, or unsure of the types of foods to eat, or do you follow a diet and you not seeing any results? If any of the above sounds like you the seminar will give you an insight into what you could be doing to help you make the difference.

Personal trainer Jae Phillips will host this seminar, which will last for 45 minutes, giving advice on the dos and don’ts of modern day diets and eating habits, and how simple changes to the way we eat can make a big difference.
