WOMEN IN SPORT WEEK: Fitness Session

The fitness session will be a 30 minute high intensity interval training session, using exercises to work the full body, in addition to help your body continue burning fat for the next 48 hours. The class will push you and show you that you don't need to be exercising a for along time to burn the extra pounds.
