Simmons & Company International will be providing a unique perspective into the sector and will be hosting a presentation on campus. Employees from the bank and an LSE alumnus will be coming to discuss their career experiences and how investment banking works in energy markets. This will be followed by a networking session - a great chance to learn about opportunities within the firm, such as internships and graduate employment!

There are many divisions available within investment banking, and the energy sector is one of the largest. Simmons & Company International is an experienced independent investment bank specialising in the energy industry. In the past year they completed the 3 billion dollar sale of Lufkin Industries to General Electric in addition to advising Crosstex energy on the merger with Devon's U.S midstream assets.

Thor-Ole Fardal - Vice President
