Are you interested in what the LSE SU Beekeeping Society does? Or do you love honey and can't wait to get your hands on some delicious, home-made honey cakes, or just curious about what do all those bees get up to in their hive all day?

Then the LSE SU Beekeeping Society Honey Festival 2014 is for you! From 2-4pm on Wednesday 29th October we'll be outside the Saw Swee Hock Student Centre with all sorts of fun activities to get involved in.

You can test your knowledge of beekeeping (and be in to win some great prizes) in our honey quiz at 2.45pm - but  don't forget to come to our resident bee expert, Dr Luke Dixon's talk on 'Beekeeping: The Basics' at 2.15pm to get some clues beforehand!

You can also test your palate and see if you can pick LSE's own delicious honey from our hives at Connaught House and Passfield Hall apart from regular supermarket honey, as well as buy some honey baking - there'll be a chocolate honey cake, honey cupcakes, a honey and black-tea loaf, as well as honey shortbread.

You can dress up like a beekeeper, and talk to the members of the society and LSE Sustainability who help take care of the bees and learn about how you can get involved. You can also buy some of LSE's honey - only £6 a jar for the best honey you'll ever taste.

See you there!
