Make your voice be heard!

Due to the complex nature of the problems Students With Disabilities face around campus it is vital that we collect as much student feedback as possible. There is generally a positive attitude towards these issues at the LSE and a real willingness to make improvements. You can send your comments and ideas to the Education and Welfare Officer su.edwelfare@lse.ac.uk , the Disabled Student Officer su.disability@lse.ac.uk or directly to Jean and Sue in the Disability Office at j.m.jameson@lse.ac.uk.

You can also contact any of the people above for information about the Disability Consultative Forum which happens once a term. All students are welcome and you can come along and give your comments directly to school departments such as Estates and IT Services.
For legal advice on your rights as a disabled student you can always contact the Students' Union Advice Centre at su.advice-centre@lse.ac.uk.

You can also nominate particularly helpful members of staff for a Disability Friendly Award. This is a great way to say thank you and hopefully sends out a positive message to other members of academic and support staff as well as generally helping to raise the profile of disability issues on campus. Send your nominations with a brief summary to the Disabilities Officer at su.disability@lse.ac.uk.
