To be eligible to apply for the scheme you need to provide proof that you are registered for the current academic year by showing your LSE ID card which should have been updated. You are not actually registered until you have completed the School's registration process for the current academic year. Your name has to be checked off against a list provided by the School registry.
Application forms are currently available, to registered students only, from the Students Union Reception , foyer of the East Building.
You need to complete the application form, including either your debit or credit card details or a cheque for £5 and a passport sized photo with your name printed on the back. This must be authorised by the Students' Union staff before you post it off.
Part-time students are eligible to apply for a student photocard only if they are in receipt of a fee waiver, access bursaries, hardship fund payment(s) or local hardship loan(s). They will be required to provide proof of this in the form of a letter from the Financial Support Office - www.lse.ac.uk/FinancialSupportOffice
