LSESU Citizens for
Social Justice was the society that made headlines last
year due to our successful Living Wage campaign, at
the end of which the university had agreed to gradually
increase the pay of cleaning staff from £5.35 p/h up to
the London Living Wage of £7.20 p/h.
We are a non-partisan group that welcomes all who
wish to make campaigning for social justice a part of

their university experience. We have a great network of
committed and not so committed people, a history of
success and big plans for the future.
