OXFAM SOCIETY

 

Founded this year, the LSESU Oxfam Society has already attracted over 180 students here at the LSE. Our main aim is to actively promote the major issues which Oxfam stands for on LSE's campus, ranging from global poverty to fair trade and climate change.

 

In achieving this aim, our society seeks to invite quality speakers from Oxfam and other NGOs to inform students about these issues and campaigns and also intends to hold interactive campaiging skills sessions and stalls as so to allow students to actively participate in campaigning themselves.
