LSE Grad Ball - Important Information for those attending the event.
Here is some important information regarding the event that you should read;
Venue ID Policy
The TROXY is a licenced venue so you must bring a form of official photo-id to prove your age.
Important Ticket Entry Information for the venue:
You must bring a print out of your ticket confirmation on the night (along with your LSE I.D. Card if possible). If you are accompanying an LSE student to the event then your printed E-Ticket and standard identification will suffice. If you have purchased tickets for others please forward them your booking confirmation email so they can print out a copy and gain entry on the night.
Champagne Reception
The champagne reception starts at 7pm with dinner served at 8pm. Make sure you are there in time to start your night off with a free glass of champers!
Please check your original booking confirmation:
Some people have accidentally purchased tickets to another university Graduation Ball, so please make sure that you have a ticket that says "LSE Grad Ball". If you've checked your email
confirmation and you think you have a ticket to the wrong ball then please email me with the details of your booking as soon as possible.
