These election rules & guidelines rules cover the duration of the Lent Term elections. They have been approved by the Democracy Committee and all candidates (and their supporters) must follow them. They are not intended to be exhaustive, but rather a steer for students, candidates and their supporters about how elections at LSE should be conducted.

If you believe someone has broken the rules, or would like the Returning Officer to make a ruling on whether something is allowed or not, please email su.returningofficer@lse.ac.uk.

Candidates were provided with these rules & guidelines at the Candidate Briefing on Tuesday 22 Febuary. All candidates are expected to read them.
