Course Reps

also known as Programme reps & SSLC RepsHoughton Street

Course representatives (course reps) are a crucial part of LSE Students' Union. Over 400 course reps are elected by their course peers to represent them during the academic year and to liaise with departmental staff to ensure student concerns are addressed and students have a say in the running of their course.

Course reps gather all the opinions of the students on their courses regarding things they love and things they want improved. They also ensure that the department listens directly to student feedback and that issues are resolved as swiftly as possible improving the student teaching & learning experience.

Course representatives are crucial to ensure that the School listens directly to student feedback, and that issues can be resolved as swiftly as possible. One of the great things about being a rep is that you get to bring all the views of other students together, and talk about all the things they love - and all of the things they want improved.

Course reps are elected separately for each programme at the start of the Michaelmas term.
