Using The Advice and Support Service
Our team of professional advisers are on hand to assist you with a range of issues including housing, immigration, applications to the SU hardship funds, visa extensions, employment problems, welfare benefits, grants, fee status and disability rights.
How can I access this Service?
The Advice Centre is situated in room E297 on the 2nd Floor of the East Building, Houghton Street, on the main campus.
Our Opening Hours
We are open Monday to Friday 10.30 - 16.30.
You can drop in any time during our opening hours to speak to an adviser. We have a very busy service so we cannot guarantee that someone will be able to see you when you drop in. To ensure that we will be available when you wish to see us please contact us to arrange an appointment.
If you wish to see an adviser outside of these hours please contact us to arrange an appointment.

The Centre is fully accessible via the lift in the east building. If you have any further access requirements please let us know so we can meet them.
