European Horizons

European Horizons at LSE is affiliated with the organisation European Horizons.

European Horizons is a US-based, non-partisan think-tank devoted to exploring the meaning of European identity, modernizing and reforming the concept of the social market economy, advancing the cause of European integration, and deepening transatlantic relations.

To this end, European Horizons has established a network of students, professors, and European decision-makers, with links to academia, politics, civil society, and business. Together, we will engage in a constructive dialogue that will propound a platform of ideas for reforming the European Union and setting a policy vision for its future.

European Horizons at LSE will:

Help LSE students apply and attend European Horizons' international conferences, past conferences have been in places such as Bruges and Washington DC.

Hold events at LSE on European and transatlantic affairs.

Contribute to European Horizons' journal (now at over 30 universities), The Review of European and Transatlantic Affairs (RETA).

Promote discussion and debate on European affairs.

If you are looking to get involved with European Horizons at LSE by attending a conference, helping to organise an event at LSE or if you have an idea for a contribution to RETA, feel free to contact us.
