Coming to LSE provides you with a fantastic opportunity to play some university cricket. LSE CC is lucky enough to train at Lord's on a weekly basis. The club caters for all abilities and interests by having two outdoor teams, playing in both BUCS (a national league) and LUSL (a London league).
Being part of the club also means great weekly socials and AU nights. This year, the CC will be looking to build on last year's fantastic success- so be sure to join, become part of the club, and make some of your best university friends.
Cricket Nets
Cricket nets take place at Lord's Cricket Ground on the most wednesday's during term time from 1-3pm, but this changes. At the request of Lord's themselves, we ask that you bring whites (MCC policy). We welcome all abilities, and both men and women can, of course, come along. If you're interested please get in touch with our club captain, Richard, who would be very happy to help- r.ingilby@lse.ac.uk
Social Members
A few people have expressed an interest in becoming social members of the CC without necessarily playing. If you want to come along to our social events including ZOO Bar throughout the year, send an email to our Social Secretary George - g.may@lse.ac.uk
Make sure you join our Facebook group ('LSE Cricket Club 2015-16') to keep up with the latest news and information!
