Jiu Jitsu is an ancient Japanese martial art that has been adapted to form a practical and modern system of self-defence. Perfect for the enthusiastic beginner, we learn locks, throws, strikes, releases, break-falls, and other techniques. We are trained by qualified instructors from The Jiu Jitsu Foundation, and periodically send our members for grading examinations (for belts) and competitions. Join us now to get active and learn some impressive techniques!
