About Lotus Wang

What is your favourite thing about LSE?

The balance between study time and leisure time. At LSE, we don’t spend a lot of time in lectures, which means more personal time. I spend my personal time self-studying for my classes in the LSE library, doing career-orientated research, pursuing my extracurricular interests and so on.

What's your role all about?

My mission is both to maintain and to improve the physical and ethical environment at LSE. As the Environmental and Ethic Officer, I lead initiatives to help our university achieve a greener campus and reduce our carbon footprint. I would also like to increase awareness of environmental issues through hosting Green Week and working with LSE Career to promote environmental initiatives.

Describe yourself in three words?

Positive, passionate, friendly
