What's better than some yoga in the morning? Join us and get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
Come and join us at this Yoga event to learn more about the practice and get to grips with the fundamentals of yoga. This class is specifically for beginners, so if you have never tried yoga or want to improve, this is the perfect class for you.
This is a low key, slow flow class, inviting you to get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
