Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable. These sessions are for students experiencing long Covid effects.

Come to this FREE Meditation session every Monday morning during De-Stress Fest.

Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process hppefully may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
