AU Ball is back and bigger than ever!!

With 550 tickets up for grabs, this year hopes to be even better than the last. You can expect one of the  best nights of the year with a 3 course meal followed by  an hour of free drinks and a DJ to carry us through until  3am.

Tickets go on sale on MONDAY 5/2/2018

What to expect:

Three course meal, with dietary requirements catered for

Half a bottle of wine per person at dinner

Free beer, wine and soft drinks for an hour after dinner

Awards, photo booths, live music and a DJ

Zoo bar still open as usual for those who can't bear to break the tradition

Deadline for Additions : Friday 2nd March at 2pm

Team Captains - Collect your teams' 8 digit transaction reference numbers, then add "-1" to the end such that 12345678 would be 12345678-1. To Create your group, name the group your Sport Club followed by Team. E.g the 1st Team of Women's Football would be Women's Football 1st Team.

To add your team into a group:

Enter a transaction reference number, then enter the person who it belongs to in the "Select person" section and select their name. Finally add their meal choice for the evening*, and click submit. This will add them to your group. Repeat for all people who are on your team. 

The system will automatically place you on to tables, if your group is too big for one table, then the system will split you as evenly as possibly.
