Incorporating the principals of high-intensity interval training, Kettlebell class uses weights, kettlebells, and body-weight exercises to get your heart rate up and your body sweating! No two classes are the same to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. All skill levels are welcome as exercises can be modified to fit individual limitations.
