LSESU Active LifeStyle gives you opportunity to play sport and get involved in physical activity. From drop-in sessions, beginner courses, inter-hall leagues and one-off events, we offer a wide range of activities for you to create your own Active Life.  Whether you're looking for something competitive or recreational, something on-off or regular, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

About Active LifeStyle

Active LifeStyle is the social physical activity programme available to all students at LSE. From drop-in sessions, beginner courses, inter-hall leagues and one-off events, we offer a wide range of activities for you to create your own Active Life - all offering you something social, fun and stress relieving. You don't need to join a team, have any kit, or pay a lot of money! All our sessions are open to all, whether you have experience or not - or are any good! You can come to one, or many, whatever you feel like.

Being involved in Active LifeStyle helps make the most of your University experience, build skills to enhance your graduate employability and get to know you fellow LSE students. There is an opportunity for everyone across all abilities, so get involved now!.
