Self-Management is all about taking responsibility of one's behaviour, wellbeing and work. This can take many forms, not only organising your time in the workplace but also looking after your own wellbeing.
In this session we aim to tackle the main task when it comes to self management: Time Management, How do you keep projects on schedule? How do you make sure you are using your time efficiently, how do you make sure there is enough time to rest away from work? Come to this session to find out!
