LSESU Active LifeStyle gives you opportunity to play sport and get involved in physical activity. From drop-in sessions, beginner courses, inter-hall leagues and one-off events, we offer a wide range of activities for you to create your own Active Life.  Whether you're looking for something competitive or recreational, something on-off or regular, there are plenty of ways to get involved. 

Run by the Netball Club, these netball sessions are aimed at beginners but open to players of all abilities, whether it's learning the rules, brushing up on your skills or just meeting new people!
Sessions take place every Wednesday at 2 pm at Lincoln's Inn Fields, with the chance to play in social matches against local teams in the Lincoln's Inn League throughout the season.
For only £2 per session for non-netball members with your first session free, why don't you come along and get involved!
