Come and join us for an evening vinyasa flow to soothe the body and the mind. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses, open to anyone at any level / ability.
This is a fairly low key class, inviting you to get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing and no shoes or socks during the class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one from the studio.
