RowFit is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using rowing machines and full body exercises. It targets strength building and muscular endurance by incorporating a variety of exercises at separate stations that are repeated for short periods of time. RowFit is open to anyone of any ability.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing (we recommend a t-shirt and shorts or leggings) and comfortable indoor trainers
This class is energetic and upbeat, so if you're looking for an all-round body workout this one's for you!
