You can't get fitter than a litter picker! Plogging = jogging and litter-picking! Come and join us for a sustainable fitness session. Get fit, clean up and feel good! Meeting place will be outside the SU, but see the route below. The route takes us 2 miles through central London and is open to all. Wear comfortable, reflective clothing and bring friends.
