Tuesday 19 November 2019
1:15pm - 3:30pm
Wellcome Collection, 183 Euston Rd, London NW1 2BE

The Wellcome Trust is the largest charitable foundation by endowment in the UK, and fourth largest worldwide and is committed to improving health by helping great ideas to thrive. The Wellcome Collection is the foundation's fantastic free museum which displays "a mixture of medical artefacts and original artworks exploring ideas about the connections between medicine, life and art”

Come and join the health society on this relaxed museum trip. For those who are interested the trip will begin with an informal talk with Natalie Hunter, who is currently on the Wellcome Graduate Development Scheme. Natalie will chat about her experiences on the scheme and why Wellcome is such a great place to work (deadline for the scheme is 26th November.)

We will then explore the Collection's classic Medicine Man exhibition and the newest addition, Being Human. If there’s time we’ll also squeeze in a visit to the fantastic Wellcome library!

Meet outside the Wellcome Collection at 1.15pm on Tuesday 19th November. A committee member’s contact information will be shared with those who register in case you’re running late or can only join us later.

This event is free to attend but open to members of the LSESU Health Society only.
