Interested in policy debates and UK politics? If you are, then please join us for the Houghton Model Parliament in November this year! This unique event is a joint collaboration between LSESU UN Society and Politics & Forum.
For the session, the parliament will be discussing and debating the following issues:
-- Immigration
-- Unconditional cash transfers
-- Nuclear disarmament
By role-playing members of Parliament, we hope that it will give individuals a first-hand perspective to issues that are not just salient for the UK, but for other countries across the globe as well.
