We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of a strong Front of House team that supports and enables the success of the entire organisation. Whether that involves supporting our students to get the answers they need, or directing them to the exciting opportunities we have for them - you will be comfortable assisting every student.
- Offline (face-to-face) and online (digital) customer service
- Supervise and develop the front of house student staff (approx. 3)
- Provide operational office support
- Create engaging internal communications for the organisation
The Front of House Coordinator will be assisted by student staff to cover the front desk. Having experience of supervising or managing a team is desirable.

The role reports directly into the Head of Communications and Marketing, working closely with the Communications and Marketing team.
