Last year our magazine was titled 'The Self and the Other: Identity in Crisis'. It included articles written on countries across the globe, by a diverse pool of student writers with different nationalities and disciplines.
Our umbrella organisation is
Global 21, of which The London Globalist is one of many chapters at universities around the world. Global21 is a global network of student-run international-affairs magazines at the most distinguished universities, including Oxford, Cape Town, Jerusalem, Paris, Peking, Sydney, Toronto and Yale. The organization was founded at Yale in 2005 and The London Globalist was set up in 2010.
We are dedicated to high quality journalism that reflects well-informed and researched articles. Our objective is to get the high-achieving and intelligent students at LSE a chance to express their views, use their limitless skills and produce an insightful and provocative magazine for students to read.
LSESU Global 21 is always recruiting new bloggers and writers. It doesn't matter if you're a complete novice, either way, to be a blogger all you need is your content and a reputable platform to publish it on. The London Globalist gives you that platform to display your work alongside other respected student writers on the new face of our website, and for the society to market your articles!
