Join our amazing Active Lifestyle fitness instructor for an hour-long fun, stress relieving session in Welcome Week 2020. This session is open to all, regardless of ability! So, please feel free to come along.
Your safety is our biggest priority! Due to social distancing measures on campus there will be limited availability for this session in person. There is an accessible route to the 6th Floor Studio in Saw Swee Hock via the ground floor lift. No problem, if all in-person tickets are sold out, you won't miss out! You can purchase a FREE ticket to join us online via zoom too.
Morning Yoga is part of the LSESU Active Lifestyle Programme. Active Lifestyle is a physical activity and fitness programme available to all students and staff at LSE during term time. We run various activities offering you fun, sociable and stress relieving activities all year round. All our sessions are open to all, whether you have experience or not - there is an opportunity for everyone across all abilities.
