Promote your project or event on the Students’ Union social media
At LSESU we have our own presence on social media, with thousands of followers.
Our Communications Team will always do their best to promote your activities, or indeed to help you celebrate your achievements afterwards, by scheduling some coverage on one or more of those platforms.
Promotion forms
If you'd like social media support from LSESU then fill out the form . We also like to celebrate your achievements so fill it in with photos and wins!
Please note that if you are submitting a promotion form it will need to be submitted at least two weeks before your event or promotion date. We cannot always guarantee promotions for all clubs and societies due to busy schedules throughout the year.
Please, also let the Funds coordinator (su.arcstaff@lse.ac.uk) know that you would like your project to be promoted on social media.
Have an insert in our newsletter
Our newsletters are widely read by students. If you would like your projects to be promoted in the all students newsletter (weekly), sports clubs and societies newsletter (weekly) or SSLC newsletter (monthly), please write to su.arcstaff@lse.ac.uk with a little paragraph about your project and a few pictures.
Event photography and videography
The Union has a team of student staff photographers who can be hired to cover your events at the cost of £12 per hour. To request photography, please email su.arcstaff@lse.ac.uk with a request coverage two weeks before your event as this gives us enough time to get a member of student staff booked in for your event.
