Student Leaders Conference

Calling all Student Leaders! If you hold a committee position within your LSESU Club or Society, here is where you'll find the full details about any training you'll need to complete for your role.

Whether you're a seasoned leader or at the beginning of your leadership journey, this conference is tailored to empower you with the knowledge needed to excel in your role, and elevate your leadership skills. 

 

Highlights of the day will include: 

  • A variety of interactive sessions preparing you for your leadership role 

  • Networking opportunities with your peers, staff and LSE Departments in our new Category Hour 

  • Free headshot photographs for your Society's webpage and LinkedIn 

  • Plenty of opportunities to chat with SU staff, and get your questions answered 

  • Two options of socials to end the day, including a reception in the Tuns or some sport in the Marshall! 

...and a free lunch will be provided.

You can tailor your day to suit your role and interests!

Recommended roles who should attend each session are in brackets above. If your recommended session is full, please feel free to attend another session. Please arrange within your committee to ensure your group is represented at as many of the different sessions as possible. 

Please note, for the Category Hour 16:00 - 16:50, groups will be split into various different sessions. You will receive further information about these sessions closer to the date.


Tickets 

Tickets are available here.  

  • Please ensure you reserve your free tickets to each individual session you wish to attend. 
  • Please sign up as soon as possible to ensure you get your first choice of date and sessions! 
  • If you cannot attend once you’ve signed up, or wish to swap days, please let us know so we can open up your space to other people who wish to attend. 

Attendance 

  • Attendance at the conference is compulsory for all 2024/25 core committee members (President, Treasurer and Secretary).  
  • You only need to attend one of the days, as they will both be repeats of each other.
