Freshers' Fair 2014

The Freshers' Fair is an amazing way to start your year at LSE - and to round off your Orientation Week!


When and where?

The Fair takes over the Saw Swee Hock Student Centre on the 2nd and 3rd October. There will be stalls everywhere, from every society or club you can imagine - all offering you the chance to find out more, join up and make friends who share your passions. 

On Houghton Street you'll find stalls relating to academic issues, outside the Saw Swee Hock building you'll find AU (Athletics Union) stalls, and around the building you'll find - well - everything else!

You'll also stumble across stalls from external organisations, so if you're interested in talking over your career prospects or finding out more about internships, you'll be in the right place! 

On Thursday 2nd October the Fair will run from 10am to 5pm, and on Friday 3rd October it will run from 10am to 3pm.



 

Give It A Go

From the 6th October to the 17th, LSESU is running a scheme called Give It A Go, though which you can find out what it's like in differnet clubs and societies by sampling bite-size sessions. So even if you don't sign up at the Fair, have a browse and get some ideas! (See our blog for more info.)
