Learn how paying attention to your movements themselves can relax and centre you. Wellbeing Project Monday sessions run every Monday to calm your mind and relax your body. An incredible way to reduce stress.

Join our experienced advisor, Ali, for a workshop on paying attention to your movements themselves, and how it can relax and centre you.This will be especially useful for those anticipating high workloads over the coming year, or who work on many projects at once. 

All ages, levels of study and levels of experience welcome.

Please wear comfy clothes as some movement will be required.
