*BACK ON* Beginners' Yoga - Wellbeing Project Monday Sessions

A session for anyone who hasn't done yoga before, focusing on reducing the physical symptoms of stress and safeguarding against mental stress. Wellbeing Mondays - every week to calm your mind and relax your body.

Join our experienced instructor for an introductory yoga hour. We'll cover relaxation, breathing, a few simple poses and some stretching. All ages, levels of study and levels of experience are welcome.

Please wear stretchy clothes as movement will be required.
