** Kabaddi - Free Taster Session **
We will initially split the session between people who have played before and those who have not. This sport is fairly niche so we expect few to have previous experience. We will then teach the basics of the sport. It's a very simple sport to pick up so there should be no worries about this! After a quick warm-up we'll go straight into matches and mix experienced players with newcomers. It won't be intense, just a runabout so don't be worried about getting hurt since no one will be making tough tackles (at the start). All you need is a t-shirt and shorts, or something you are comfortable in."
