Information on the class:
Come and join us at Hatha Yoga for a mid-week flow to soothe the body and the mind. This class will work on practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Hatha Yoga is open to anyone at any level / ability.
This is a fairly low key class, inviting you to get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing and no shoes or socks during the class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one from the studio.
