More information:
Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is made up of four acres of freshwater habitat and is home to a fascinating array of wildlife! Volunteers will be working as part of a team with the park wardens, carrying out tasks such as pond clearing, reed cutting, meadow cutting, coppicing (cutting smaller tree stems), digging and weeding.

The work is simple and you'll be guided by the wardens: no previous experience is needed. Volunteers do need to be reasonably fit and prepared to get muddy

Note from the LSE Volunteer Centre:
We ask that if you are unable to make the one-off volunteering session, please cancel your place to allow other students to book on. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to ensure the project can be delivered.
